Welcome to the University of Northampton, a unique blend of vibrant campus life, superb facilities and academic excellence. At the heart of all that we do and offer is our commitment to transforming lives and inspiring change.

We are proud of our groundbreaking new areas of study and our growing reputation for research excellence, with statehttp://www.gssarchitecture.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Uni14i__0005_Layer-1-940x360.jpg of the art facilities we ensure all our students have access to extensive libraries, IT suites, studios, innovative learning spaces and laboratories. University life is spread across two linked campuses, with restaurants, shops, bars, Students’ Union and a range of accommodation options.

To ensure you get the very best, we have invested millions of pounds in facilities and buildings on both campuses. Based in Northamptonshire, at the heart of England and only a short journey from London, Birmingham, Oxford and Cambridge, there is never a shortage of things to do and see. While the county boasts rolling countryside, castles and canals, the town of Northampton offers students an exciting urban experience, complete with activities, events, nightclubs, bars, shops and sports. At the University of Northampton we offer all our students an outstanding academic experience, filled with learning and teaching excellence, cutting edge facilities and an exciting and stimulating life both on and off campus.http://www.iaars.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/uni2.jpg

The University’s £25million St John’s Halls of Residence in Northampton town centre, which opened at the start of 2014, offers students a town centre living experience. In addition to our on campus sports facilities, the University’s sports partnerships mean that wherever our students live in Northampton, sports and leisure facilities are close at hand. All our students have access to excellent facilities operated in and around Northampton at discounted rates. Completed in February 2015, the £8.5million University of Northampton Innovation Centre will offer business support and advice for businesses in the social enterprise sector. Students will have the opportunity to work with these businesses on placements and internships.
