DLHE 2013 also shows the number of Bedfordshire students who left the University last year and are now in graduate level employment – professional and managerial roles – increased, by over 8% to 73.5%.

We won the Queen’s Anniversary Prize in 2013 in recognition of our pioneering research. This is the highest form of national recognition for universities in the UK.

Our research subjects range from organ donation to cyberstalking to smart city development to Parkinson’s disease and much more.

Local communities

We contribute financially and socially to our local and regional economies.

In 2013 our students gave more than 27,000 hours of volunteering in our local communities. We are a major employer in the region and boost local businesses.

Research Fees and Scholarships for Academic Year 2015 – 2016

The new Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship is on offer to all new international students in 2015-16. Please note, the Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship incorporates the monetary value of the Welcome Package which is available to Home/EU students.

For undergraduate students after the first year of study with us standard published fees for 2015/2016 will apply for future years of study at the University of Bedfordshire.

There will be a £750 Prompt Payment Discount available for continuing students progressing to their next year of study when full fees are paid on or before registration.
