Montreux

Learn French at LSI partner school Montreux

Situated on the shores of Lake Geneva in the shadow of the Alps, Montreux is one of the most beautiful places in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. The combination of spectacular countryside and cosmopolitan town life offers the visitor wonderful year-round leisure opportunities, from skiing and snowboarding in winter to sailing on Lake Geneva and attending concerts at the famous Montreux Jazz Festival in summer. If you are looking to learn French in Switzerland, Montreux is the place for you.

Our LSI-affiliated language school in Montreux is located on the city’s main street, near the picturesque lakeside promenade and close to bus and train stations. After classes, students can stroll right on to terraces lining the lake, or head over to nearby shops and cafes with other students. Facilities including bright, airy classrooms (some with views over Lake Geneva and the Alps), computer stations available for student use and free wireless internet throughout the school make LSI Montreux an extremely comfortable environment in which to study French. Whichever of our courses you choose, you will have ample time to enjoy the region when not studying for French exams, and the relatively modest size of our school means that we can offer each student personal attention and assistance throughout their stay.
